I've used this car wash consistently multiple times a week for about 6 months, and it is easily the best car wash service I've ever used. More than that, the people who work there are kind, helpful, and they make you feel like they're happy to see you there.

This is by far the best car wash in Long Beach. Jacob and his team always go above and beyond to take care of any issues I’ve ever had as a monthly wash client for my two vehicles. I recently had to take a couple months off because my car was in the shop and he was able to pause my membership for me. I would recommend them to everyone who wants an easy monthly wash experience

I have been using this same place for years. They switched to auto wash. At first I was not happy. But the service is the best around town that I know. Also lot is ALWAYS clean. Someone always ask if I'm good and the wash is amazing. They added more blowers to dry with minimal drying needed. I have all my cars on the monthly plan. Last of all even the bathroom is clean smells great and is cleaner than most people bathroom try it and find out. Customer for life. Long Beach. Matt

This facility is absolutely the perfect place to wash my car. The grounds are always clean and they take pride in making sure their customers are well taken care of. Jacob and Aldo are the coolest and most professional gentleman here. Jacob and Aldo make this place what it is. They are always dressed in the all black company uniform and they greet you with a smile and an extremely positive attitude. I love this place but the people are what sets this business apart.

My go-to for car washes. Clean, consistent, and great customer service. Spoke with Jacob (Owner?) who handled a processing issue and he was very helpful and direct. Seemed to care a lot about helping out customers instead of it being just another day for him. Resolved my issue swiftly. Rare to find these days! I will note that I do the $10 washes and it does struggle getting all the bird poo off sometimes but meh. Reading the other reviews on Yelp as well, it appears the fantastic customer service is not an uncommon occurrence. Highly recommend overall!

Have been a member with their car wash for 2 years. Never been disappointed and the staff have been always above and beyond. I remember one time i had to come just around they were closing to vacuum something i spilled and the guy let me in and helped me vacuum it. Jacob out of all was very respectful and accommodating to any issues or problems i had with my membership over these years. Will stick to them till im in long beach. Thank you!

I swear the best car wash !!! The endless wipes , smelling so good and I love their vacuums ! They get inside everywhere . Totally great price for the service ! I rather pay $10 more here but vacuum my car very well . Totally worth it

The best! I really appreciate how efficient and professional this car wash is. The line moves quickly, the service is consistent, and the post-wash amenities are always in great shape. I also appreciate the staff. They’re friendly and helpful. One of the team members reached out to me directly to help me select a package that worked best for me when there was a price increase. That’s smart business of course, but it’s also great customer service which can be hard to come by. Thanks guys!0

1st time here! I brought a membership for $19 and it will be $29/month after the first month if I don’t cancel. I’m happy so far. It cleaned the car nicely. Quick! Separate membership line. They gave me 2 wipes! Also vacuum sucked well and they had the small head air !!
